Lawson Falle Debuts Franklin Graham Collection Christmas Cards; Part Of Proceeds To "Operation Christmas Child"

Colorado Springs, CO February 13, 2004--Lawson Falle Publishing announced it will debut a Christmas card box set in the Franklin Graham Collection and donate part of the proceeds to "Operation Christmas Child," through which the evangelist's Samaritan's Purse ministry helps needy children worldwide.

The box set contains 16 cards, with 17 envelopes, and has a suggested retail price of $14.95.

Rick Tocquigny, President and Chief Customer Servant, said, "We are humbled to present the Franklin Graham Christmas card, which will be sold in Christian stores and other retail outlets across North America. In addition, it will available to the hundreds of churches that participate in collecting gift-filled shoe boxes for children living in desperate situations around the world."

Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan's Purse, an international Christian relief organization headed by Franklin Graham. Every U.S. President since Ronald Reagan has packed a shoe box gift for Operation Christmas Child.

In addition, Lawson Falle plans to introduce several Operation Christmas Child box sets in 2005.

Franklin Graham said, "We give God the glory for the children and families whose lives will be touched by this special card, which conveys the true meaning of Christmas and presents the Good News of Jesus Christ."

Graham heads Samaritan's Purse, a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. Since 1970, Samaritan's Purse has helped meet the needs of people who are victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine with the purpose of sharing God's love through His Son, Jesus Christ.

Tocquigny added, "We invite churches and bookstores across North America to support the new Christmas box set."

Tocquigny said the Christmas card and its beautiful message were adapted from comments made by Franklin Graham in a national radio interview.

Born William Franklin Graham, III, as the fourth of five children of evangelist Billy Graham and his wife, Ruth Bell Graham, he has led Samaritan's Purse in an international ministry that recognizes neither geographic nor political bounds, but responds solely to children and families in need as it spreads God's Word and work around the globe.

The program of Samaritan's Purse last year collected more than 7 million shoeboxes of items for children and distributes them in some 115 countries. Since 1993, Operation Christmas Child has hand-delivered more than 24 million shoe box gifts to suffering children. For more information visit its website, www.samaritanspurse.org.
